Terms of Service
These terms describe baseline use expectations for ReRao. Enterprise customer agreements, order forms, data-processing terms, and security exhibits control where they conflict with this public page.
Use of the service
ReRao is provided for authorized business evaluation and production use by approved customers and users. Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for using the platform only for lawful reinsurance, insurance, operations, and related business workflows.
Customer content
Customers retain ownership of content they submit to ReRao. ReRao processes customer content to provide the platform, secure the service, generate audit evidence, support workflows, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Confidentiality
Customer confidential information, broker documents, extracted submission data, credentials, and audit evidence must be handled according to applicable agreements and ReRao security controls. Users may not export or disclose confidential information except as authorized.
Security and availability
ReRao maintains security and availability controls appropriate for an enterprise workflow platform. Security reviews and SOC 2 readiness work are in progress; ReRao does not claim SOC 2 certification until an independent CPA report is issued.
AI outputs
AI-assisted outputs are designed to support professional review, not replace accountable business judgment. Users should review generated extractions, recommendations, quote materials, and other outputs before relying on them externally.
Suspension and misuse
ReRao may suspend access to protect customers, the platform, or third parties from misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of applicable agreements.
Contract, security, or procurement questions should be routed through the contact page so they reach the correct ReRao account owner.
